Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Athens, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of September 29,2022, bids were canceled.Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The City of Athens is seeking quotations from a qualified contractor to furnish and install a wall partition to separate meeting room 1 and meeting room 2 at the City's Cain Center Facility, located at 915 S Palestine Street, Athens, TX 75751. Provide competitive pricing to furnish and install a movable wall partition that meets the minimum specifications below. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: - Partition must be installed into designated space between meeting room 1 and meeting room 2 of the CainCenter Facility with an approximate width of 22.8 Feet and a height of 10.11 Feet. Contractor will be responsible for measuring and inspecting the space to ensure that the partition fits appropriately. - Partition must be manually operated. - Partition must be soundproof. - Contractor's quotation will need to include all pricing for partition, supplies, and labor for the installation of the partition. Submission of a quote for consideration serves as Vendor's acknowledgment of the attached Terms and Conditions. Upon award Vendor agrees to complete the attached Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, IRS Form W-9 and, where applicable, to provide a Certificate of Insurance with the City of Athens listed as Certificate Holder. Forms must be approved by the City prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order or other form of purchasing agreement.
