Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in West Columbia, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Project is on hold due to funding. No timeline for when it will no longer be on hold at this time. GRANT NO. P21AP11813-00 The Brookland Lakeview Empowerment Center (BLEC) is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed contractors to replace selected areas of the roof at the BLEC facility located in West Columbia. The project is being funded through a 2020 Historic Preservation Fund African American Civil Rights grant administered by the National Park Service. All applicable federal regulations will apply to this procurement process and resulting contracts. This project is being supported in part by an African American Civil Rights grant from the Historic Preservation Fund administered by the National Park service, Department of the Interior. This procurement process and all resulting contracts must comply with the applicable requirements set forth in 2 CFR 200.326 and Appendix II to 2 CFR 200. All contracts awarded as part of this grant must be approved by the National Park Service prior to execution. All contracts will be subject to the terms of the National Park Service grant agreement attached to this addendum and incorporated by reference herein. All contractors will be required to adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in connection with the contract.
