This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective respondents to to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for Supply and Delivery of Glass Beads, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Supply and Delivery of Glass Beads on an as required basis, delivery included to the Niagara Region's Traffic Operations, located within the Thorold Service Centre at 3547 Thorold Townline Road, Niagara Falls. Please refer to Appendix D - RFQ Particulars for a detailed description of the Deliverables, material disclosures, and mandatory requirements. The materials purchased in this contract will be used in both day-to-day maintenance activities and capital projects for Regional owned assets as well as assets owned by other jurisdictions the Region provided maintenance to.
