Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Economy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of July 28, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.** The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following project: Summerfield Drive Culvert Replacement Project- Work consists of the removal and replacement of a dual culvert approximately 24 feet in length with 54 inch RCP and new concrete headwall and endwall, restoration of the asphalt road and other miscellaneous work. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check as bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to Economy Borough. No bids maybe withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, and an 18-month Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Will Apply. Economy Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to alter the scope of work.
