Site work for a mixed-use development in Clifton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project for which bids are being accepted includes the installation of approximately 900 feet of 10 DR-14 C900 PVC pipe, 700 feet of 8 DR-14 C900 PVC pipe, 200 feet of 6 DR-14 C900 PVC pipe and related appurtenances to accommodate replacement of an existing 10 AC waterline and installation of new 8 and 6 waterlines located within the parking lot of the Peachtree Shopping Center in the vicinity of the McDonald s and Denny s Restaurants and the Murdoch s Ranch and Home Supply retail establishment, in Clifton, CO. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all required traffic control, pipe, and pipe accessory material installation, backfill, compaction compliance, disturbed surface interim maintenance/final restorations, and associated work. All materials for this project will be provided by the DISTRICT. All BIDS must be accompanied by a BID BOND in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No BID shall be withdrawn after the opening of BIDS without the consent of the Clifton Water District for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time of the opening of BIDS. The successful BIDDER must also provide a one hundred percent (100%) PAYMENT BOND and a one hundred percent (100%) PERFORMANCE BOND. The OWNER (Clifton Water District) reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and to waive any informalities in BIDDING and to make the award in such a manner as they may deem right and proper for the best interests of the Public.
