Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The general scope of Work is the excavation of the overburden materials against the rear walls and staggered side walls at the rear yards of the townhouse blocks as well as at local areas along the front and sides of the blocks and installation of a waterproofing membrane on the foundation walls. The Work also includes removal and replacement of the existing concrete patio slabs and metal framed wood fencing at the rear of the townhouses at 50 Congress Crescent, Hamilton. Work shall be completed in the following block combinations: - Blocks 1 and 4 will be completed first. - Blocks 2, 3 and 7 are Provisional Item #1 and - Blocks 5 and 6 are Provisional Item #2.
