Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 4, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Construction shall consist of, but not be limited to, the installation of approximately 1,125 lineal feet of 8" CIPP liner into the 8" VCP/PVC sanitary sewer line. Electronic documents are also available but must be obtained directly from James R. Holley & Associates, Inc. to be qualified as an approved bidder (717) 846-4373 x112. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442, approved August 15, 1961 and subsequent amendments. Wage rates are included in the Contract Documents. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work and references from previous contracts. The borough reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason which are in the best interest of the borough and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids. All bids shall be submitted on the bid proposal form and placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, Dover Borough Oakwood Drive Sanitary Sewer Pipe Lining 2022 - Bid Proposal.
