**As of September 21, 2022, project was awarded to Pike Industries Inc, awarded amount is $160,881.40** The Town of Moretown, Vermont is seeking proposals to Reclaim and Pave a section of River Road. Approximate Quantities: Reclaim and fine grade, 23' wide, 5820 sy Pave, 4", 1,360 tons Shoulder gravel, 2' wide,3/4" plant mix,225 tons Double yellow centerline painting, lump sum Bid to include all traffic control. Bid to be unit price bid for each item. Your proposal form is acceptable. Payment to be based on final quantities as agreed with owner. Emailed bids are acceptable and preferred. Proof of liability and workmen compensation insurance is required prior to the contract award. There will be no prebid meeting. Any questions should be sent to mselectboard@moretownvt.net by 7/25/2022 by 3:00 PM. An addendum will be issued if necessary. Completion date is 11/4/2022. The Town of Moretown reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
