The project will be at the Green Mountain Armory in Camp Johnson, Colchester VT. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the CFMO and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for Army National Guard Security Staff to run required background check. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
