Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 3, 2023, project was awarded to Frank W Whitcomb Construction awarded amount is $635,945.22. The Town is requesting separate sealed BIDS for the 2023 Capital Paving Program for the resurfacing of 11 roadways, and generally includes the placement of approximately 5,579 tons of bituminous concrete pavement, cold planing (or milling), painted line striping, traffic control, and associated items. This program also includes the resurfacing of the Burnham Memorial Library driveway and parking areas (approximately 3,012 square yard area), which will consist of night work (8PM to 8AM). The specific locations of paving are included in Appendix A of the Contract & Bidding Documents. A Performance BOND and a Payment BOND each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. (40 CFR 31.36(h)) Question Deadline 03/01/2023
