Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Building #1, PO Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside SEALED BID 2022-14, ROCK SALT. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Hunterdon County acts as Lead Agency in a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the twenty-five (25) registered members mentioned in the bid specifications. Under this system, the County of Hunterdon solicits competitive bids for certain items purchased by registered members. This is a Cooperative Pricing System as defined and regulated by N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.1 et seq. Interested citizens or vendors may obtain information regarding the manner of operation of this system by contacting the Hunterdon County Purchasing Agent. System Number 51-HCCPS, approved by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services through October 15, 2024.
