There will be no refunds for returned documents. Bidder's attention is directed to the fact that Subcontractors Fair Practices Act will be in effect for this project. New Mexico Public Works Minimum Wage Act requires all tiers of contractors for this project to submit certified weekly payroll records to (1) contracting agency (biweekly) and (2) NM Public Works Director, when requested by the Director or other interested parties. New Mexico Resident Bidders and Veterans Preference will apply to this project.
