Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla lndian Reservation (CTUIß) - Housing Department Seeking BIDS for removing and replacing existing siding on 9 duplexes - Residential Rental Units This amendment to include Indian Preference and Required Payment & Performance Bonds Remove and replace siding at each structure. Question Submission Deadline: July L4,2022 @ 12:00 PM Awarding Contractor must provide the following: L) Copy of State of Oregons Contractors License; 2) Payment and Performance Bond (Must cover bid amount); and 3) Certificate of Liability lnsurance (naming CTUIR as the insured). By submission of an lFB, the contractor agrees, if his/her bid is accepted, to enter into a contract with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation (CTUIR) Housing Department and to deliver all product as specified in his/her bid for the proposed costs and within completion date. The contractor shall, without additional expense to the CTUIR, be responsible for complying with all Federal or Tribal laws and regulations, including CTUIR TERO code, lndian Owned Business/first preference (Buy lndian Act), applicable to the performance and scope of the work.
