Renovation of an educational facility in Glassboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Removal and replacement of 9 existing roof-mounted multi-zone units in like kind. Scope of work to include HVAC, electrical, gas, structural and roofing. New MZ units to be provided with enhanced filtration and air treatment system. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by end of business August 3, 2022 and sent by faxing to 609-883-2694 or by emailing cwoodward@fvhdpc.com, or via common carrier to the Architect. All correspondence must include the Architect Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Architect is not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence. Bids will be received for: Single Overall Contract (C032 with C047) All attendees must be mindful of any public health emergency policies and protocols pursuant to the School District. Contractors assume all risks associated with their presence on District premise. Construction workers shall follow recommended precautions to protect themselves and other workers, staff, students, etc. at the project site(s). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Owner to do so.
