Services may include but is not limited to all necessary playground equipment and surfacing on site, including kindergarten, primary and upper grade playgrounds; anticipated surfacing will be engineered wood fiber; fabric shade structure(s); structure location and quantity per site is to be determined. Playground equipment and shade structure(s) to be DSA prechecked. Construction budget is $400,000 per site for a total construction budget of $1,600,000. The Oceanside Unified School District is soliciting Architectural Services proposals for the following public works projects. Project Names: o Foussat Playground & Shade Structure #820-749 o Libby Playground & Shade Structure #804-750 o Del Rio Playground & Shade Structure #814-751 o Nichols Playground & Shade Structure #819-752 Wednesday, July 27, 2022, by 11:00am: RFI due to Colette Leyva via email. Please reference the specific RFP number and site. Please include in the proposal: o This cover letter o Three (3) examples of similar project experience within the last three (3) years, including total project cost o Average DSA review time o Identify any obstacles the firm experienced with projects and how they were resolved o Project fees, including a rate sheet for additional services o Total proposed lump sum for all four (4) sites, along with a breakdown of the cost for each of the four (4) sites listed.
