Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is inviting Bidders to submit quotes for the Remote Work Strategy Renovations at 1555 Buffalo Place. Work in the contract comprises of the renovation of existing MBLL premises at 1555 Buffalo Place, Winnipeg, MB. The building was constructed in 1965 and has 3 Levels: Basement, Main Floor & Second Floor. The adjacent warehouse area is not part of this contract with the exception of intumescent coating upgrades to the columns along the office/warehouse demising wall. Renovation areas include: Basement: Construction of new Men's and Women's Washrooms, new UTR, new Janitor Room. Renovation and construction of general open office spaces, private offices, meeting, storage, and computer room spaces. New mechanical air handling unit with concrete pad, air intake/exhaust ductwork and exterior façade louvres. Main Floor: Renovation and construction to general open office areas, private offices, meeting, storage, and computer room spaces. Second Floor: Renovation and construction to general open office areas, private offices, meeting, storage, and computer room spaces. Existing Cafeteria space to remain as is.
