Site work and paving for a road / highway in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 100%. 5% Bid Bond required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. Prevailing Wages required. OSHA certification required. MBE/WBE 10.4% required. Contractors shall be required to comply with all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 S.39M, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town. Contractor shall pay Owner $300.00 for each day that expires after the time specified in the Contract for Substantial Completion
