Town of Barnstable Invitation for Bid The Procurement Office on behalf of the Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for "FY23 Miscellaneous Building Materials" in accordance with Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Law. The contract offered is for the period of one year with two one year options at the sole discretion of the Town. The Contract Value is Not to Exceed $50,000.00 Per Year for a total Not to Exceed value of $150,000.00. All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation for Bid and MGL30B. The Town has no discretion under the law to consider bids that fail to comply with those requirements, except for minor informalities as permitted by law. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this Bid or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective bidders who have downloaded copies of the original request. It is the Bidders' sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Bonfire Online Procurement Portal requirements and submission process. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Barnstable.
