Bids must be made for a period of one (1) year, either for the year 2023, for three (3) years, i.e. for 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as for five (5) years, i.e. for 2023 , 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. Tenders must be presented on the forms for this purpose and accompanied by a certified check representing 15% of the annual amount of the first year of the tender (GST and QST not included) and made out to the order of the Municipality or a surety quote valid for 90 days representing 15% of the annual amount of the first year of the quote (GST and QST not included), accompanied by a letter of commitment from a recognized insurance company guaranteeing the issuance of a security equal to 100% of the annual amount for the first year of the tender (GST and QST not included) for the benefit of the owner.
