Reference number : 1716150 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-04 The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès , as prime contractor, is requesting tenders for sewer and aqueduct work on Principale Street over a length of approximately 585 m for the aqueduct and 620 m of sewer, including road works. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made out to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès, must accompany the bid. The bid security must be accompanied by a letter of undertaking relating to the issuance of a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each for 50% of the total of the bid. The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès does not accept offers sent by fax or e-mail, any bid sent in this way will be automatically rejected. The Municipality of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès does not undertake to accept either the lowest bidder or any of the bids.
