Reference number : 1713283 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-01 Applicable agreement(s): Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) The Municipality of Charette is requesting bids for snow removal and winter maintenance of the road network on its territory for a period of 1, 2 or 5 years, depending on the option chosen by the Municipality. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the bid. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
