Bids must be made for a period of one (1) year, i.e. the 2022-2023 season, for a period of three (3) years, or for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons, as well only for a period of five (5) years, i.e. for the seasons from 2022-2023 to 2026-2027. Bids must be presented on the forms for this purpose and accompanied by a certified check representing 15% of the annual amount for the first winter season and made out to the Municipality of Maskinongé or a bid bond (valid for 90 days ) representing 15% of the annual amount for the first winter season, with a letter of commitment from a recognized insurance company guaranteeing the issuance of a bond equal to 100% of the annual amount for the first winter season.
