The project site is a former plywood mill that will be developed into a Marine Traceds Center (MTC) facility owned and operated by the Port of Port Angeles (Port). In genera, the Project consists of the following: - Site grading and resurfacing approximately 17 acres with concrete pavement, asphalt pavement and crushed rock. - Install of an above ground 3-stage stormwater biofiltration treatment system. - Install below ground utilities including storm drainage, potable water, sanitary sewer, and electrical infrastructure. - Adjust existing utilities and structures that are to be protected in pace to finished grade. - Demolition of existing structures, utilities and asphalt surfacing.
