The Town of Ethel is soliciting bids for one (1) homeowner housing unit that will be rehabilitated and one manufactured home that will be replaced with the Town’s HOME rehab grant program # 1230-M19-SG-280-197. Any contractor wishing to bid must include the Qualifications of the General Contractor Form which is included in the bid packet and a current Mississippi Contractors License in your bid. Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the Ethel Board of Aldermen shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
