The selected bidder for the City of Lancaster, Advanced Water Treatment Plan Computer Solicitation, will supply the various IT network equipment, patch cables and power redundancy equipment described in this bid package. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract price with suitable, reasonable requirements guaranteeing the performance of the Contract. Question Deadline 07/25/2022 at 4:00 PM ET This Project and Contract is subject to certain special requirements. For example, as more specifically detailed in the Contract documents, the successful bidder shall be required to assure protection against discrimination for employees, applicants for employment, and subcontractors on the grounds of actual or perceived race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, genetic information, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, marital status, age, mental or physical disability, use of guide or support animals and/or mechanical aids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise if the best interest of the City will thereby be promoted. The City also reserves the right to waive technical defects if in its judgment, the interest of the City shall so require. The City further reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids received and reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever. Included in its right to reject bids, is the right for the City, in its sole discretion, to reject proposals which are deemed by the City to be incomplete, conditional, or obscure, or which contain additions, erasures, alterations, omissions or irregularities of any kind. City reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder not possessing satisfactory qualifications.
