Question Acceptance Deadline 07/26/2022 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No It is the intent of City of Grosse Pointe Farms (hereafter referred to as the "City") to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a hosted Unified Communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) and structured cabling solution for all City locations. This solution will consist of the following components: Gina Mancinelli Each vendor that intends to submit a proposal in response to this RFP should communicate its intent via email to gina.mancinelli@plantemoran.com with the subject line "Intent to Propose - City of Grosse Pointe Farms Unified Communications Solution RFP - Intent to Propose." Please refer to Section 1.7, RFP Clarifications and Addenda, for the contact information to address specific questions related to this RFP. The response shall include the name of the Vendor, the name of the contact person, and that person's email address. Status: Accepted by Ashley Welker Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall be submitted as follows by the deadline indicated in Section 1.3, Schedule of Events: o One (1) printed signed original o One (1) unbound printed copy o One (1) printed bound copies o One (1) thumb drives consisting of only 2 files: o One (1) single scanned PDF file of the submitted printed signed complete proposal o Appendix A in Excel format
