Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Saint-Viateur park chalet following a fire deterioration. The scope of the project includes exterior elements repair in accordance with the original concept, upgrades to the roof, renovation of the interior fittings of the building, relocation of the mechanical room, redevelopment of washrooms, arrangement of a technical room, a storage room and a kitchen. The scope of the project also includes related landscaping work. TIMELINE: The project is implemented by small construction packages by invited sub trade contractor.
