Walker Township is accepting sealed bids for Bituminous Shoulder Upgrade, Contract No. 22-03. The Contract includes work at various roadways in Walker Township. Work includes sawcutting of edge of roadway, milling of existing stone shoulder, and placing of variable width 19 mm binder 4.5 inches in depth (1,100 SY). Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A copy of the Prevailing Wage Determination is included in the bidding documents. Walker Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. Award of the contract is anticipated to occur at the regular scheduled Supervisors meeting to be held on Wednesday August 3, 2022.
