This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Pretty River Parkway Median Improvements, as further described in the ITT Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The Town of Collingwood proposes to engage the services of an experienced General contractor to rehabilitate the existing medians along the Pretty River Parkway in Collingwood, Ontario. The purpose of the project is to consolidate the decorative shrub/perennial plantings in the medians in increased visual/aesthetic impact, in locations that are safer for maintenance operations. Bidders shall have a demonstrated experience working within highway road corridors and implementing the necessary traffic control measures to ensure the successful and safe completion of the median improvements.
