Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moab, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Grand County School District is bidding three projects simultaneously with the same due dates for the bid and questions. Each project has its own construction dates and requirements. Each project bid must be submitted separately. The District will determine the lowest and most qualified bidder by combining the three separate bids together with the intent of awarding all three projects to the same contractor. The projects are the GCHS Boiler upgrade, the TSAC cooling upgrade and the HMK cooling upgrade. All questions, interpretations, or clarifications regarding this solicitation shall be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place and are subject to the deadline for submitting questions before November 9, 2022 at 4:00 PM There is no requirement to attend a pre-bid conference. The project consists of: 1. Installation of new air conditioning split systems related, piping, accessories and electrical components as indicated on drawings and within the specifications. 2. Framing, sheet rock and painting for new chases related to the new refrigerant piping & condensate drains. 3. Roofing as required for the new AC outdoor units and refrigerant piping 4. Piping of refrigerant and condensate piping thru the existing building as indicated 5. It is the intent that this construction shall be completed as soon as possible or before May 23, 2023.
