Clarification deadline 8/2/2022 5:00 PM NOTE: The Supervisors of Lower Windsor Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Lower Windsor Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Lower Windsor Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Lower Windsor Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
