As of February 2, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor has not been made public at this time. Clarification Deadline: 11/28/2022 5:00 PM NOTE: The members of Wrightsville Borough Municipal Authority have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Wrightsville Borough Municipal Authority. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Wrightsville Borough Municipal Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Wrightsville Borough Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
