MS-944: Furnish equipment and labor to perform approx. 1,050 S.Y. of milling (1.5" depth); furnish equipment, labor and material to place 125 Tons of Superpave 9.5 mm wearing course (1-1/2" avg. depth); provide 100 S.Y. of base repair; and perform concrete curb removal followed by furnish and placement of stone base and asphalt. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the contract is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Wrightsville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Borough.
