ALL bidders must request the bid documents through Moore Engineering Company or their bid can be rejected. Sealed bids for the Chiller Replacement at Wrightsville Elementary School. The Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or treasurer's check, or bid bond payable to Eastern York School District in an amount no less than ten (10%) percent of the bid price and shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, which bonds shall be provided inaccordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, P.L. 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts. The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularity, mistake, omission or informality, and to award the base bid and any combination of alternates, or no alternates, which deems to be in the best interests of the School District. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having purchased the Bidding Documents.
