Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities. The work under these specifications shall include but not necessarily be limited to furnishing transmission line tubular steel structures for the Smetana to Leonard Project. The poles to be delivered at the structure staked locations. It is the responsibility of the construction contractor to coordinate with the steel pole manufacturer on the stake pole delivery. A Materials/Supply Bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the contract price, conditioned upon faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents, shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall accompany the signed contract.
