Electrical System Relocation & Integration 3 1.00 L.S. 8" Piping and Appurtenances A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may with-draw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or techni calities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
