ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS TOWN OF EDINBURGH POWER & LIGHT Edinburgh, Indiana 46124 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Edinburgh Power & Light (Owner) will receive sealed bids for the design and manufacture of a 69/12KV 22 MVA Load Tap Changing Transformer. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk Treasurer, Town of Edinburgh Administrative Office, 107 S. Holland St., Edinburgh, Indiana 46124 until the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022. The documents will then be opened and read aloud and thereafter taken under advisement pending review of each document. Information to Bidders, Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents for the Project may be examined, but not purchased, at the location listed above, on or after Tuesday, July 19, 2022. For qualified and experience transformer manufacturers copies of the Information to Bidders, Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents for the work may be obtained, at a non-refundable cost of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00), from the Engineer located at: Alpha Engineering, Inc. 7760 W. New York Street Indianapolis, IN 46214 Info@Alphaeng.us The Project consists of the design, manufacturer and delivery of the power transformer and the bids should include the earliest possible available shipping date. Bids shall conform to the requirements stated in the Information to Bidders. Bids shall include a completed Indiana State Form 96 accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum total amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in bidding and bid specifications.
