Question Acceptance Deadline 08/02/2022 10:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Taylor is requesting submittal of qualifications from architectural firms to provide professional architectural design, and construction administration, oversite and inspection services, for the following projects: Taylor Animal Shelter (25555 Goddard Rd Taylor MI 48180): The design and construction of the renovation of a 5,050 square foot, public building known as the Taylor Animal Shelter located at 25555 Northline Road. We are looking for designs for the current square footage and possibility to expand the building. The project includes, but is not limited to, evaluation of existing HVAC components, the design and construction of a multi-purpose/ training room(s), bathrooms, cat room(s), dog kennel(s), offices, storage rooms, lobby, break room/ locker room, drain improvements, flooring, air filtration system, exterior rehab, landscaping, outdoor storage shed, lien-to, and dog run improvements. ***Must have animal shelter building/ redesign experience and provide work done for reference.
