Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in East Dundee, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a 45,540-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of September 28, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on October 18, 2022 Board of Trustees meeting. The proposed project consists of: -Remove and replace the entire asphalt lot, approximately 45,540 total square feet, paying special attention to any damaged areas, and entrances. -Mill 2 inches deep and haul off site. -Grade asphalt towards drains as appropriate keeping drains free of debris. -Remove and dispose of any damaged adjusting rings at catch basins and replace. -Sweep and prime all areas of milling, Prime will be SS-1 Prime tack coat. -Install 2 inches of compacted bituminous N-50 Asphalt Surface Course mix. -Roll and compact. -Clean up any debris from Library's property. -Re-stripe entire parking lot including handicap spaces, walkways, double yellow lane divider, and arrows. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS: -This project is tax exempt. -Payment of prevailing wages is required for this project. -A Pre-Bid meeting is currently not scheduled for this project and should not be required.
