This Invitation to Bid sets forth the terms and conditions under which a successful Bidder shall be obligated to supply and deliver an indefinite quantity of Trash and Recycling Services as further detailed in the specifications , through sealed bids and which are requested by the County of Berks, a municipal corporation with its principal office in Reading, Pennsylvania. If the County elects to make an award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder for the Goods and Services, the Form of Agreement and General Conditions included as Attachment H to this ITB as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the County and the successful Bidder. Question Deadline 08/02/2022 at 3:00 PM ET Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, irrevocable standby letter of credit, or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total Agreement amount.
