Site work for a water / sewer project in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Enclosed is a Request for Proposal from the Lakeview School District to replace the water main lines from the chiller to the building. District has a Carrier chiller unit that has a leak in the piping that goes from the chiller underground to the mechanical room. Piping replaced per the specification below. Bid pricing shall be all-inclusive for turn-key installation services to include removal and disposal of existing piping and insulation, all overhead, labor, travel time, per diem, materials, supplies, equipment, standard warranty period, maintenance during warranty period, insurance, taxes, permits, etc. Lakeview School District will neither honor nor consider any price increases, fuel surcharges or add-on cost during the established project performance period. Bid Security in the form of bonds is required to be submitted with all proposals greater than $50,000. The Lakeview School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive irregularities.
