Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No bid documents will be issued to bidders after 2th day of August 2022 All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid bond in a minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. All laborers and mechanics employed by the Contractor and all subcontractors on a construction site for this project shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act as amended (40 U.S.C. 276-276s-5).
