Site work for a water / sewer project in Edisto, South Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 9/8/2022, project will not be awarded for being too high. It is unknown if it will rebid at this time. Soliciting bids from a licensed contractor to remove old timber along a ~60 ft section of the groin no. 2 (nearest groin to beach access 1) and place a poured concrete cap (5,000 psi) over that section that is generally 18" wide and 18" deep over that 60 ft section. This will require ~5 cy of concrete. The concrete shall be formed on the sides and bottom and troweled on top. Expansion joints shall be included every 15 ft along the new cap section. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
