Rivas, arivas@aec-sc.com Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Wastewater System Upgrades - Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project consists of Improvements to the existing treatment lagoon including installation and removal of a provisional (temporary) treatment plant consisting of a package plant MBR system, dewatering system, construction of temporary equalization and WAS basins and all supporting equipment to provide treatment while the existing treatment plant is drained for construction. The existing wastewater plant construction will consist of lagoon dredging, draining and cleaning, disposal of dried sludge, old liner and old baffles, and repair to the existing lagoon's erosion concrete lip, installation of new HDPE liner, new baffle curtains, new aerators, new duckweed harvest system, new headworks, new chlorination system, improvements to the existing building, new control and electrical panels, new conduits and wiring, miscellaneous improvements and all necessary appurtenances for a complete installation and operation in accordance with the contract documents.
