Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Port, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of providing services in accordance with specifications to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide an ADA-compliant, prefabricated concrete restroom and related site improvements at Marina Park. There is no existing restroom or formalized parking associated with this popular boat launch. Water, sewer, and power are available; connections to which will be the responsibility of the contractor. Bid Bond 5% The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
