Removing the existing septic tanks for the dwelling and the shop and installing a new system and leaching field for both the shop and dwelling. 2. Removing the current exterior basement door and installing a new one and removing and installing a new interior basement door. Also, removing and replacing the south entrance metal door on the shop. 3. Installing a new sewage injector in the basement of the dwelling as well as installing new lavatory, toilet, and shower/tub combination in the basement bathroom and the shop bathroom. 4. Test and remediate the mold in the basement of the dwelling and clean the biohazardous waste (rodent waste) inside the shop. 5. Removing and replacing all carpet in the basement and the stairwell to the basement 6. Removing and installing new siding on the exterior of the dwelling and painting the new siding. 7.
