ENGINEERING & SURVEYING SERVICES Heber Springs Water & Sewer seeks Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services related to one or all of the following categories: 1) Water and Wastewater Utility Planning and Engineering 2) Utility Infrastructure Improvements including Design and Engineering Services for Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems 3) Wastewater Treatment engineering including but not limited to environmental services, permitting, planning, and design. 4) Water Treatment engineering services, including but no limited to permitting, planning, and design. Only one copy of a firm's SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs. SOQs will remain on file and will be considered current unless the Department is otherwise notified by the consultant. However, any material adverse change in qualifications occurring in any calendar year requires the Consultant to supplement its SOQ already on file with the Department. Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm's opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
