The Project includes the following Work: 1. the installation of two (2) microfiltration membrane skids and associated tanks, piping, valves, control panels, and ancillary equipment 2. the installation of process piping and valves as indicated 3. the installation of drain piping 4. the installation of additional modules on existing membrane skids 5. mobilization and demobilization 6. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 7. site grading 8. chemical feed equipment installation 9. electrical and controls work 10. miscellaneous appurtenances 11. safety systems 12. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be included.
