Renovation of a municipal facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consist of the removal of the existing HVAC system and installation of a new VRF HVAC system. Prime Bidders will be furnished three (3) sets of bidding documents at Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. A Bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Shipping and delivery charges will be in addition to the deposit and are non-refundable. Prime Bidders may also obtain bidding documents in PDF format through Southern Reprographics at electronically for a non-refundable fee as pre-determined by level of access The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional meetings. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $20,000.00. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
