Tenders must cover a period of one (1) year, winter season of 2022-2023 AND three (3) years, namely the winter seasons 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 . The contract will provide renewal options. DOCUMENTS The documents necessary for the presentation of a bid will be available from Wednesday July 20, 2022, on the electronic tender website. Any additional information or any inaccuracy relating to this submission may be obtained or notified by contacting Ms. Caroline Aubertin, Director General and Clerk-Treasurer, by email: dg@saint-esprit.ca . Tenders must comply exactly with the instructions in the tender documents and the Municipality of Saint-Esprit does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without obligation of any kind towards the tenderers.
